What the fees come to
Enter an amount to see each fee in US dollars. The figures assume the value of your economic rights stays equal to the amount allocated. Real valuations move, so real fees will differ.
Quarterly distributions
- 3.6.1
- Net income is calculated every quarter and paid in proportion to each client’s economic rights, within 15 business days of the end of the quarter.
- 1.2
- Net income is rent actually received, less operating, maintenance, insurance, tax and levy costs and management fees.
- 3.6.2
- Distributions may vary, fall or stop during vacancies, tenant arrears, major repairs or a fall in value. No fixed or minimum income is guaranteed, and no distribution is paid out of other clients’ capital.
- 3.6.4
- Any tax withheld is shown in the quarterly report.
How money moves
- 3.3.1
- Every capital allocation is paid by bank transfer only, from an account in your own name to the segregated account set out in your agreement.
- 3.4
- Allocation. The 2.0% acquisition fee is shown as a separate line from the net amount allocated, and your percentage of economic rights is confirmed in an Allocation Certificate within 14 business days.
- 3.5
- Service Invoice. Issued only for recurring charges, such as the management fee when quarterly net income does not cover it. Each invoice states your agreement number, the period, each charge and the rate it is based on. Payment term: 30 days.
- 3.5.3
- A Service Invoice can never be used to acquire economic rights or increase your percentage.
- 3.5.4
- You may dispute any item in writing within 30 days of receipt. A disputed item need not be paid until it is resolved.
- 3.3.3
- Account safety. AXIONIQ never changes its bank details by email or message alone. A change is made only by signed letter and confirmed by telephone with you.
Base term of 3 years
The agreement runs for 3 years from the initial allocation and renews for 12-month periods unless either party gives notice at least 90 days before expiry.
Clause 8.1- 8.4.1
- After the 14-day cancellation period you may redeem all or part of your economic rights on 60 days’ notice. You are paid at the latest valuation, less the early exit fee, within 6 months of the notice.
- A
- Early exit fee: 3.0% in year 1, 1.5% in year 2, 0% from year 3 onward, charged on the amount redeemed.
- 8.4.2
- No exit fee on death, on loss of capacity, or after a material breach by the company.
- 8.6
- At the end of the term, unless renewed, the company redeems the economic rights or sells the properties within 12 months and pays the proceeds, less documented costs of sale.
14 days to change your mind
- 8.2.1
- You may cancel the agreement, or any additional allocation, by written notice within 14 calendar days of the later of signature and receipt of your funds. No reason is needed.
- 8.2.2
- The full amount, including the acquisition fee, is refunded to your account within 10 business days, with no penalty and no deduction other than bank charges actually incurred.
- 8.2.3
- The company does not use the funds or charge any fee until the 14 days have passed.
- 8.3
- If a bank delays, returns or blocks a transfer, either party may cancel that allocation within 14 days, and the amount is refunded in full to the account it came from.
